In other happiness inducing news… pickles! (insert quotes from Scrubs here…)
Oh Fry’s Burger with Tofutti American Style Cheeze melted on top with pickles, tomato sauce, american mustard and finely diced brown onion, how much do I love thee?
Finally, I’ve been cracking (ha) out Hot Damn and Hell Yeah! by Ryan Splint because the recipes are simple and CHEAP (and supporting a vegan Australian is ALWAYS a priority).
Mmmmmm – enchilladas with cheeze (not shown, guacamole).Up next: Vegan Cupcakes take over the United Nations – Switzerland stops being neutral on the cupcake issue… :)

I just got VCTOW and I can't wait to try the peanut butter frosting. There isn't a better flavor combo than chocolate and pb...well, except for maybe chocolate and cream cheese.

I am loving the pickles too (I adore pickles, much to the horror of my family!)

Make the sweet potato and black bean burritos from HD & HY. They seriously rock my little world.
I made similar burgers last night,yum! I had american toffuti cheese on mine too, i think i profer the mozzarella slices though.
