I love chips. They would be my desert island food (I'm classy like that!). I love 'em with tons of malt vinegar and gravy ~ but cheese and gravy? Crazy Canadians! I hope Ear brings us more chips from around the world :o)
Oh my gawd... Want! That looks exactly like the poutine I used to get at my high school cafeteria when I was an omni. Especially the gravy, which I constantly crave. I normally make mushroom gravy for my vegan poutine, which is totally delish, but not quite the same... What's in yours?
